Umm chakras. I fear mine are quite messed up right now.
Have you read "Anatomy of the Spirit" by Caroline Myss? Excellent book about the chakras. I didn't read it all but excellent he parts I did.

Mine too, Wendy! I did an online 'test' that told me I was radiating positive energy from my Sacral Chakra, so I concentrated on it for a while..
I haven't read that book but would love to, thanks for recommending it. I have been attuned to Reiki (1 & 2), so learned about the chakras during that time (10 years ago now) - I could do with brushing up again..
